This policy explains how Navkirti (“Navkirti”, “we”) handles personal data, both on this website and inside our software such as Navkirti School ERP.

1. Information from this website

When you fill in the demo or contact form, we collect your name, mobile number, institution name, city, email (if given) and your message. We use it only to reply to you, arrange a demo and discuss our services. We do not sell it or share it with anyone for marketing.

Our server also records basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to stop spam.

2. Data inside our software

Schools and organisations that use our software enter data about their students, parents and staff. For this data, the school is the owner and decides how it is used; we process it only on the school's instructions, to provide the service. We do not use it for advertising and do not sell it.

3. How we protect data

  • Access is protected by user login and role-based permissions.
  • Data is transferred over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
  • We take regular backups and limit staff access to what is needed for support.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the service (for example hosting, SMS or email delivery), and only as much as they need. We may disclose data if required by law.

5. How long we keep data

Website enquiries are kept as long as needed to follow up and for our business records. Customer data in the software is kept while the account exists; it is not deleted because a plan expires. On a written request from the school, we delete it within a reasonable time, unless the law requires us to keep it.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you from this website. Parents, students and staff should first contact their school, which controls their data in the software; we will help the school act on the request.

7. Cookies

This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work. Our demo request form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which may set its own cookies and collect device and usage data to tell people from bots. That use is covered by the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
